Unsolicited Submission Policy
We appreciate your interest in submitting to Investigative Studios for potential co-production partnerships your ideas, project proposals, trailers, and other materials (collectively referred to as “Material”). However, we often receive submissions similar to Material created by our staff, our associates, or other third parties; or we may initiate projects using similar Material to that which has been submitted, and those unconnected but similar projects could be initiated after the date of such submission. Material we produce or publish might appear to be similar or identical to unsolicited Material submitted.
If you choose to submit unsolicited Material to us, be advised the following terms shall apply:
You agree that your Material submissions and their contents will automatically become property of Investigative Studios, with no compensation due to you; Investigative Studios is under no obligation to review, consider, keep confidential, or otherwise use the submission; and Investigative Studios may use or redistribute the Materials for any purpose.
